What is the MS-EE?
The MS-EE is the first of its kind in the world and is delivered entirely through MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses). The program provides a highly flexible and on-demand course structure, empowering you to take control of your academic experience.
The curriculum is specially designed by CU Boulder’s elite engineering faculty to be modular and stackable. Each course is between 3 and 6 weeks long, depending on the content. Individual courses can be taken for a single academic credit, but they can also be grouped into thematic series of 3-4 credits, stacked into standalone CU Boulder graduate certificates of 9-12 credits, or combined to earn the full 30-credit degree. Each course addresses professional skills while providing content at the same high quality as our traditional globally-recognized on-campus master’s degrees.
When can I start?
The MS-EE launches Fall 2018, and the full curriculum will roll out across Academic Year 2018-19.
